The Roman Subarmalis was worn below the armor to provide a layer of padding between the steel and the body. This subarmalis is made of black leather with white trimmed ''Pteruges'' at the waist and shoulders. The shoulders are padded to provide more comfort when wearing heavy armor. One size, fits up to 44'' chest.
